WINNERS OF THE GENE AND JOY NABI FULL TIME DIRECT CARE STAFF OF THE YEAR
Rosa Taylor Ms. Taylor has worked at Tacachale for almost 35 years. As her last couple of months approaches, she wishes that she could do it all over agian. She loves her job; I mean she really loves her job! She gives it all she has and is always trying to find out ways to give more. The Energizer bunny has nothing on Ms. Taylor. She goes and goes and goes. Ms. Taylor gives 110% in all that she does. She has won numerous awards and acknowledgments such as The David Productive Award, Perfect Attendance, You Got Caught, Perfect Survey, having the least nubmer of injuries for a period of three months, and the lsit goes on. She has only called in sick once!
Pertina Davis Mrs. Davis also woks at Tachachale. The person who nominated her had this to say: "Our daughter was extremely aggressive, non-compliant and very destructive toward others. Pertina Davis came forward to help and she is committed, reliable, very responsible, and able to go above and beyond the call of duty. Mrs. Davis is ehr champion. The RSB trained Mrs. Davis and she is able to pass down all the skills in order to transform the negativity into a positive personality. What was impossible for our daughter, Mrs. Davis said, 'is going to happenh. She is going to learn.' With determination from Mrs. Davis, along with character and dynamic leadership, she empowered our daughter to become independent regardless of her visual impairment."
CONGRATULATIONS TO THESE TWO WONDERFUL LADIES!
